i have a 1992 honda civic that want start it will turn over and allmost start

but just want .seems to getting? seems to be getting gas and fire but want start any ideals
 
It sounds like it could a timing issue. I would check the timing belt. See if it is broken or worn or if it has jumped a tooth.
