...hard to start after stall -- WHY? When cold stalls and hard to start after and is also hesatates on take off, once warm is fine !! Fresh tune up has been done!! Have noticed temp gauge is more toward cold after warm !!
 
THis could be something with a Thermostat, check out the oil is the right grade (shouldnt affect, but still.) Are you starting it in the Cold? Could be Battery, or Cold Start Valve of some kind.

(THermostat being not there would make it "Run Cool." I had a BMW that ran HOT.. held up for a LOOOONG time too.)
 
If the other fixes do not work take a good look at the TPS sensor on the intake, these years fords are known for them sensors getting dirty and causing this problem.
