i have a 1992 dodge grand caravan, how would i install a sound sysyem into it?

and a game system with tv? what i want to do to the van is put in a sound system, with a cd changer input cord so i could plug in a laptop or ipod, and mount a 32 inch flat screen tv into the back seat as well as a game system. im going to repaint it but i already got that down. thank you for your help
