I have a 1991 Lexus es250. the CD player not working what can i do ?

The Radio is stock and has a CD player and cassette player along with the radio. The radio works great, but the cassette player does not play cassettes and the CD player just takes the CD and then spits it right out. It will not even read it. Any ideas on why this happens?
 
Look at the face plate of the radio carefully...There is a PIN HOLE in which you can put a paper clip and press Reset in the CD player.
I am not sure if is on the 1991 Lexus, but I had a 2003 Lexus and I did the same thing.
The reset button might be on the back...You are going to have to remove the radio, but do not unplugged it. or you will need a password to activated again.
