I have a 1990 mazda miata, losing power?

... especially uphill, and taking off in first .. Plugs and fuel filter have been changed, and fuel injector has be put in, and full tank cycled but the issue remains mostly the same. i have also noticed that if im driving and let off the gas a bit, the car seems to accelerate slightly, instead of slow down..... i welcome any suggestions as to what may be wrong and what i can do to fix it, and possible cost.... thanks .. DW
