i have a 1990 ford mustang GT 5.O and i need a clutch?

you need to do your research go to forums and see what people think is good for this car, BUT I think with these mods you should get him a SPEC Stage 3+ clutch w/ blistein flywheel. They make great clutches for muscle cars.

Other good companies are, exedy, clutchworks, (i forgot the rest :)

Anyway whatever you get make sure its at least stage 2-3 (this means metallic friction metarial)
 
my car has cobra upper lower intake manifold , cam , 373 gears , pro 5.0 shifter, bbk cold air intake , headers , under drive pullies and a little more .. i dont know what brand clutch to get ? Im buying a clutch for my husband birthday, this is his car and i have no idea what to get ? they have stage 1,2,3 ??? and all kinds of makes ? please help .. thanks so much
