...and air ride pump is bad.? Basically, I bought it a month ago, rear brakes were gone ($400 repair), front brakes were taking the brunt of brake power. The rear OEM shock/struts don't hold the car up, and the air ride is taking the place of them. The bags are ok, but the air ride pump makes a racket when it inflates.

Question is, would it be better to buy high-quality shock/struts for the rear axle and disconnecting the air ride, rather than putting in economy shocks/struts? To be more precise, I want to buy Monroe SensaMatic instead of MonroeMatic ($30 more each).
