I have a 1988 dodge ram with a 3.9l v6 and the oil pressure guage barely moves.?

I think i found the pressure sensor on top of the engine. I have new manual gages temp,volt, and O.P. How do i install them? everything on the back of the stock gage cluster is wrapped up in a couple wire harnesses.
