Please help me!!!

That radiator is 20 years old. You should replace it. You should be able to locate a new one for around $100. Before you do all this - the radiator is most likely a cross flow radiator. After driving but not getting the car too hot turn off the engine and placing you hand against the radiator at the top, then middle, then bottom determine if all areas are approx. the same heat. If so (not cold) then the radiator is doing all it can - look elsewhere such as water pump, thermostat etc.

That is a dinosaur. I would take the radiator to a shop, they will clean it.

Then you can flush the engine, replace thermostat and hoses, and put in fresh coolant.

You can run some coolant flush through it before you take the radiator out, but it won't clean your radiator, just the block.
