Yes it will. The three transmissions that are common for these trucks are the 350TH, which is probably what you have, then there's the 400TH and the 700R4. Any of these transmissions will work as long as they are made for a 4X4. The difference between one that's made for a 4X4 and a 4X2 is the 4X4 has a shorter tailshaft to allow room for the transfer case.
