I have a 1986 Jeep Cj7. The radiator was leaking so I took it in to the mechanic

and he replaced it? After installing the new radiator, he called me to let me know that the jeep won't start. He says it turns over but will not start. I recently gave it a full tune up and it was running fine before I took it in. He said fuel can be seen being squirted into the carb...he said he can't figure it out. Any ideas? Also, what do I tell him? After all, it was working fine BEFORE I sent it in.
