I have a 1975 Dodge motorhome that has a 360 I need Help with.?

I have had 3 people look at it and have fixed quite abit but after say like 20 mins it just bottoms out and lose all power I say the timing chain is weak. Someone else says to check the intank sending unit. Cause it does run.
