A friend of mine bought one in excellent condition about 5 years ago for $1,000. All it needed was a battery. A "perfect" one might be worth a little more, but it would still likely not be a money-making proposition. Parts are very difficult to come by, and since H-D didn't build them, H-D dealerships know nothing about them--no parts, no manuals, no corporate memory.

76. I would like to know the value.? I know its rare, I have been able to find a lot of 175s and 250s but hardly any 125s. I am in the process of restoring it to factory original conditions and I'm not cutting any corners. I would do this anyway because its a piece of history but I would like to know what it will be worth when I'm done. Any help would be appreciated.
