...come in at 720p. How do I get 1080? I set the settings on 1080i, and it still goes back to 720p when the game starts. My blueray movies show at 1080i though.
 
you need to first check the back of the game box to make sure it supports 1080i some games only go up to 720p and most dont support 1080i. then on your ps3 menu go to display settings, hdmi, custome, then just uncheck everything but the resolution you want then select finish.
