i have a 09 dodge truck, message on the intrument cluster say, dPF and full, what

It means your diesel particulate filter in your exhaust is full, the dealer should have given you a dvd to watch to explain this, but basically to clean it out all you need to do is go on an interstate drive for about an hour or two
