I have a 07 Pontiac G5 with a wiper system problem.?

I have a 07 Pontiac G5 just past it's warrenty and it is having a intermitent wiper problem, I know this car has speed sensitive wipers, but there is something else wrong. It seems to have a mind of it's own sometimes, wiper speed changes on its own wiper don't turn off sometimes, don't turn on. There are no codes checked with my scanner, in the scanner in the wiper system program it says voltage is like 100 and some volts but that is not right, whats it saying that for? I don't believe its the wiper switch, I think there is either a problem with the wiper relays, wiper motor module or bcm but am not sure. Whats wrong with this system? Why is it acting this way. It does this once and a while and is kinda annoying
