I have 97 Toyota Corrola and I'm trying the PCV location, Also does it matter

how tight the spark plug shud B? I'm doing tune up on my 1997 Toyota Corrolla and I got BOSH spark plug wires and Bosch-Iridium-Fusion / Spark Plug. I cant find the PCV valve loation. Also does it matter how tight the spark plug should be? Please let me know if i need anything else besides spark plugs, wires, fuel fil, pcv valve, for tune up thanks. I think dist cap/rotor is good.
