i have 3GS donesn`t accept any restore i need help please

i have alot of 3GS with me and my frieds i have cusom firmware i restore any 3GS by it it`s perfect but i have one now when i put it in recoverymood and make restor it make exctracting for the firmware after that the itunes perpareing the iphone for restore then it take alot of time 5 mintuse i think and appeare error 1604
why i need help please
