I have 2003 Cadillac Deville with 155,000 miles, with a small oil pan leak.?

The car is in excellent shape, but I don't want to spend $2000 or more to pull the engine.
Is there a silicone or glue to put on the outside of the pan? If not, is the leak going to get worse, and should I get rid of it before it does?
