i have a 2002 car the belt is sqeeking when you turn the wheels tothe right and left. how to fix it ??

You have a worn pulley. Turning the wheels makes a slight change to the balance of the engine, which in turn makes the belt squeek against the worn pulley. Since there are a lot of pulleys, you may have to get real close to the noise to determine which one is bad.

Sometimes, you can get the "stop squeek" stuff at the auto parts store and it will temporarily stop the noise. Eventually, though, you're going to have to track down the bad pulley. It may wear down the belt, and when the belt breaks, it usually causes other damage.

Good luck!

sounds like your power steering the reservoir could be low or the pump could be going out if your reservoir is low look for leaks if not probably need a new pump. by not hearing the squeak myself i would start with the reservoir but its probably your pump if your belt is squealing because when the pump is trying to pump and it cant it starts to drag and it can keep up with the engine which causes the belt to squeak but if the fluid is to low it will also make a squealing noise but its not the belt its the pump running out of fluid so start with the fluid in the reservoir.by the way to the guy above me PEOPLE ARE IDIOTS whatever your problem is please stop trying to make people feel stupid i have not read one of your answers that was not an insult people that dont ask questions are the idiots there are no stupid questions only stupid answers pal.

The Power Steering belt is loose and needs adjusting or replacing.

This is done by moving the tensioner up or down. It is best accessed through the front driver's side wheel arch, by taking the stone guard off underneath the car. Loosen the central tensioner nut (14mm) and screw the adjusting bolt (12mm) in or out until you get the right tension, about 10mm deflection on the longest side of the belt. Tighten the central nut and refit the guard.

If you can't do it yourself, it is not a big job and relatively inexpensive.
