I have 2 virus HTML:Iframe-inf in my avast virus chest, how do I remove them?

I have avast 4.8, I have windows vista home premium. I also downloaded F-secure and after that my on access protection-web shield say's that www.eicar.org/download was the last infected? I don't understand. I'm not that advanced at computers so please tell me step by step how to remove these please! Thank you!
Okay thank you for the F-secure info but how do I remove HTML:Iframe malware from my virus chest?
 
Eicar is a harmless test "virus" that is used to test that anti-virus applications are actually functioning correctly. Eicar will NOT and can NOT harm your computer.
