there is a nice cr 125cc 1996 and its very nice for a 96 and its 900$
and there is yet another honda cr 125 and its a 2002 and has alot more upgrades and is newer by 6 years and is 1400$ and idk which one i should get? i'm thinking of getting the 02'.

and how many cc's (cubic centimeters) is in one horse power???????
the 2002 is suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper duppppppper nicceeee......not even a scratch on the exaust or the body 90% of tires left, twin air filters

I'd lean toward the newer one as well, but you always have to be wary id buying a used 125 mx'er. 125s get flogged harder than any other bike, so it is hard to find one that isn't pretty well used up.

There is no direct correspondence between displacement and power, but an old rule of thumb for racing motors says 100bhp/liter is a pretty hot motor. My mildly-tuned KLR 650 does not come close at a rated 42hp, which comes out more like 32-36 on a dyno. OTOH, a modern 600cc sport bike will put out in the neighborhood of 100hp, well in excess of the old standard for racing motors.

1st question: you should definitely go for the 2002 CR125. its only $500 more but it's a lot newer and you said it has upgrades. just make sure to examine it carefully to make sure it has been properly maintained.

2nd question: i have no idea, sorry :)
