I have 2 HTML:Iframe-inf viruses in my avast virus chest, How do I remove them?

I have avast 4.8, Vista home premium, I have ccleaner, I recently downloaded F-secure after the virus alert. It won't remove the viruses because they are in the chest. My on access protection control-web shield says I have 5 infected files the last infected says it was www.eicar.org/download and my standard shield say I have 1. But when I run avast scan it says I have 0 files infected. I am very confused due to the fact I'm not that skilled with computers. Please Help! Thank you
Are the files in the chest system files that have been infected?? If I delete them won't it mess up my computer?
well I deleted them lets see what happen!
 
u can right click and delete in your virus chest p.s your web shield blocked the virus that tried to get on your computer thats why u cant find them u are safe----no they will be gone no worrys
