SHE CAN DO DRGS,AN NEW GUY, TALK OR ? I recently started going to Al-anon , to help me deal with my ex- girlfriends drug and alcohol habit. She dumped and left me for another drug and alcohol addict. I caught her in the act , so now she is taking me to court to get a Restraining order, so I will have to stay away from her at least 500 feet, so I won't know of her new romance or comings and goings. I can't make her love me, and I don't have a problem with that. Should I tell the judge of my findings re guarding the drugs and alcohol during this *** COURT ORDER** (since, she is saying Stalking !) I would like some help re guarding this, because she drives drunk , and stoned on coke, crack, pot, and is a threat to society. She says that she is only hurting herself. But that I am hurting everyone that knows us, CAUSE I AM STALKING HER. I would like for the judge to assign her to an AA program so that she can get help and realize that she has a disease. Should I talk and share , since I am on the limb, or should I be quite and take whatever comes my way, be happy and get out of court and be proud I am out of that relationship. I don't do drugs and alcohol.But I fell into a relationship with a beautiful person who does. I realize that I can't fix her, or control her in anyway. I am trying to move on and I CAN ONLY FIX ME. BELIEVE IT OR NOT SHE STAYED HONEST IN HER REPORT AND SAID THAT ONLY STALKING WAS INVOLVED. SHE ADMITTED THAT MYSELF NOR HER EX-HUSBAND HAS EVER HIT OR ABUSED HER , NOR HAS THERE BEEN ANY FORM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT TO SAY OR NOT TO SAY TO THE JUDGE. THANKS A MILLION.
