I have 2 favorites on my toolbar but one gives me my history and the other is...

...actually Favorites.? Some where in the past I had this problem and handled it but can't remember how to fix this situation. I know I can delete either but why do I have History under a favorites heading and how do I make it stop. It even says that I can add to my favorites on this history location.
