There are just 2 more problems I am having trouble understanding.....I asked my teacher about it but she forgot to help me cuz she did another students question first and it happens everytime so any help would be real appreciated.
Use the exponent rule to simplify the expression. Write the expression with positive exponents. Assume the variables represent nonzero real numbers.
(x^-3y^3z) ^-6
____________
(x^-6y^3z) ^-4
AND:
Use division to express the fraction in the form quotient + remainder over divisor
Y^2-y-17
