I HATE THE WAITING GAME!**help me out!?

my period started the 11th of this month, it ended the 13th. i had unprotected sex 14th 15th 16th 19th 20th 21st 22nd 23rd. [lucky me ;) ]
ive been trying to concieve with my soon to be hubby for the last 5 months, no luck yet. im taking a wild guess and im saying todays my ovulation day. when can i take a pregnancy test? (i heard sperm can live inside you for up to 4 days so if im ovulating today im guessing theres a chance of concieving)

Not until you're actually late or two weeks after ovulation. It may or may not be accurate at that time though if you're not actually late. Five months isn't that long to try, some people try for over a year. In my experience and with other people I know, it seems to happen when you stop trying. Trying so hard can stress you out and make things just not happen. So stop trying and enjoy sex. You might have better luck.
 
The best thing to do is wait at least until your period is a week late, especially since you are TTC, the stress of waiting can often prolong your cycle, causing you to be late. Trust me, i am 3 days late, couldnt wait for a week so i took a HPT and it was negative. I'm trying to not think about it and wait until a full week to test again. Waiting a week will also give you more accurate results.
