I had two google chrome windows with 10+ tabs on each and they crashed?

how can I reopen these? I went to new tab and they weren't there under recently closed.
I also didnt get a prompt to restore them because a program installer opened up a new chrome window after the crash and then restarted my pc and now I don't know how or where to restore those 2 windows from.
