Somber Solitude

This is going to sound strange, but, here it goes.
I started anti-depressants about 4 days ago, I think on the second night I had this dream that I had a large pimple on my chin - an inch below my lip. When I went to pop it, I noticed that their was a large slit, and when compressed it would open. Now, I was curious to see how deep this pimple was, so I looked in the mirror and saw a wrapper. I Somehow the pimple spreaded out about 3" and I noticed there was wrappers, a tube of toothpaste, and other miscellanious garbage. I pulled all of the garbage out and the pimple closed. My dream was so intense I could literally feel the pain of the objects being pulled out, and the pimple swelling up, and so forth.
I don't know what my subconscious is trying to tell me. Is it telling me to continue to take the anti-depressants - as they are removing the "garbage" in my body so to speak?
