I had sex for the first time, well long story short my penis is bloated abit.?

I have not been circumcised, well my skin sometimes gets pulled down to much causing it to hurt an get sensitive abit. I just had sex for the first time and now the thing beside my penis (not my testi's, its on the penis) is stinging and bloated abit, and i cant get the skin pulled back over. Either way its hurting >.<, is this normal and should i just wait afew hours.
 
Lay off of beating it for a few hours. Give it time to get well.
