Possible causes:
-not eating enough or not eating healthy (healthy variety helps memory)
-eating artificial sweeteners (aspartame?) I've found this one contributes to a bad memory for myself...
-You're thinking too much about everything
-are you stressing out about family, christmas, your job, a gf/bf or friends or something?
-taking any drugs?(legal or illegal)
-not getting enough vitamins or something?
