below the elbow, erk!? Most of the dream is fuzzy up until the point where I have my lower right arm amputated and lose my right eye. In fact, I'm not even sure how it happened... but the feeling of surprise and panic when I realised my eye and lower arm had been lost was very very intense. I'd try and get on with my life, then the realisation would hit me again (like when I would try and pick up and cup and notice my hand was no longer there), or whenever I would look round and notice my sight was impaired cos I only had one eye. I didn't cry, or anything when this happened, and I would try and get on with everything as best I could, and make do, but the feeling of great regret, panic and helplessness was very intense ... and still with me now whenever I think of this dream.
When I woke from my dream I was lying on my right side, so obviously couldn't see out my right eye, and it took me a full 20 minutes before I realised that I hadn't lost my eye, or my right hand, and it was in fact a dream. However it was a very vivid dream, and is still with me around 3 days later, and I'm still really troubled by the intensity of it.
I know there's not a lot of actual dream detail here, but can anyone suggest any sort of rough dream interpretation???
