i had a dream i had sex with my own father?

i know it is discusting. but i have dreams like that about once a month. what does it mean? is ir normal? help pleasee!.
and no mean comments please it freaks me out even more then it does you/

This is normal. It is the electra complex. For me, since I am male, it is the oedipus complex. I have had dreams like this about my mother. It is grose and disturbing.
