I had a bad day and now I'm getting a craving for something, is it wrong to

get it? Got two pieces of bad news? Got two pieces of bad news today, I didn't get a job I interviewed for and I didn't get a good grade in my last assignment. Obviously I tried in each, but not obsessively, I was fairly laid-back about both.

I've been wanting a certain type of food since last night because it sounds delicious and I'm sooo hungry but I don't have any at home so I'd have to get it. Is it wrong to do that after a bad day, in case it seems like you're rewarding yourself for failing? Or is it comfort eating if I've had the craving for a while? I don't know what to do! Normally I probably 50/50 satisfy or ignore my cravings (depending on if they're healthy and cheap or not), now I'm overthinking it. I don't want to get fat or get an eating disorder.
