I had 4 Wisdom teeth Removed anf I have these Soft Lumps on the lower part

of my mouth next to my Gums? On the inside of my mouth on the side on the bottom next to my lower teeth and gums i have a soft lump the size of my thumb, its on the bottom on the inside of my mouth, i have a small one on the other side too, they dont hurt, i had my wisdom teeth removed on the October 19, what are they?
Its not on my Gums its on the Inside of my mouth right next 2 the bottom of my gums and teeth, whayt is it?
