I guess I'm allergic to Pork.

So, I just took this blood test last week called a RAST test and it said I was allergic to Pork.
My reading was 6.0 or something like that.
I've eaten pork millions of times in my life and felt absolutely no different.
So, what does this mean? :confused:
 
I'm not always sure that the food allergy testing is all that good. Certainly in some cases it is. But a lot of people get results like this and have never had a problem with the food. Did you have the scratch test too for enironmental allergies? And I'm assuming you know that a food allergy can present as sinus issues...not as digestive ones all the time. So you may have had some sneezing, runny nose, etc with the pork and just never associated it with a food allergen.
