I graduate soon from University in India - want to get job in USA?

I have contacts in many American cities through family and school, who can easily get me a job, I'm just wondering what is best American city to live in

my degree is in Information Technology
My father has a cousin who is an immigration lawyer in USA, I'm not worried about getting through immigration - this is about where to live
