i got two convict cichlid and three gold fish?

i got 2 convict ccichlid..the female is 2 inh and the male is 1 inch..they r really small and not really mature yet.well the female is and she ready to breed cuz she is orange..and the male is small and is only 1 inch..i also got three gold fish which is 2 and a half inch..i only have a ten gallon tank..can i put them all together in the ten gallon..i figure i buy a small 10 gallon cuz they small....and i made a mistake by buyin blue sand instead of yellow and brown..can i do that..can my convict survive in the blue sand..they been in there 4 three week and theyr ok but i dont no yet bout the gold fish i havent put them in yet..??
 
A 10 gallon is way too small. You would need atleast a 29 gallon or more. They grow fast! Any cichlids do.

For the Goldfish, DO NOT put them in. They require colder water, they are dirty, let off alot of ammonia(fatal to tropical fish) and are community. Goldfish go with goldfish. Aggressive tropical go with aggressive tropical.

I wouldn't worry too much about the sand. They will be ok. If you don't feel ok with sand then switch to rock gravel.

Convicts are really easy breed, so be prepared for babies.
 
No, you cannot even put ONE Goldfish in a ten gallon tank. Fancy Goldfish need at LEAST 20 gallons of filtered water to thrive, and Cichlids need the same amount, but heated. Please educate yourself...
