bicycle. What should I do? I was wondering if this will effect my drivers license? And what are my options in court?
 
a bicycle is technically considered a vehicle so you can get ticketed for it. court is usually hard to win because the judge will always take the cops word above yours unless you have extreme evidence for you which would be very hard to obtain. yes it does affect your drivers license because it is a vehicle
