this before ticket in court room? on the temperery license wiche i got at DMV in the same day it just shows the date it dosent show the time so i wounderd if i could tell to judge in court i had this before the time i got ticket but i wasn't able to find it so they can dismiss my case , please please help me if you know the right answer, thank you
