i got these suggestions for saving a photo in an answer how do i do these?

usually i convert mine into tiffs since they are much higher quality than jpeg, however i do this in order to print my photographs. for the internet, jpeg is the best choice because it will load faster, especially for people who have slow internet connections. i would also make sure that for web use it's set to a resolution of 72 ppi. the most important thing to do to maintain the quality of the picture is make sure that the color space is sRGB as this is the default colorspace for internet browsers and will make sure that the colors look right on everyones computer and on every website.
