I got the new Envy Touch from Verizon and i hate it! Can i get a new phone?

So i got a the envy and it sucks!!! The texting blows, and it resets alllllll the time! It's driving me crazy! I want to get a blackberry like right now, but i wanted to know if i go and complain about this phone, will they let me get a different phone if i'm not eligible for an upgrade? Oh and not charge me a billion dollars for a different phone?
 
If the phone is still under warranty, you can get it replaced and get a new blackberry. Or if you have insurance, you can get the phone replaced but you can't get a different phone. Otherwise, just go explain the problem to them and see what they can do for you. They will most likely replace the phone and charge you a small activation fee. Good luck!
 
well ive got the env touch and i love it honestly. however if your phone is resetting itself its a different story, call verizon and explain it to them, theyll most likely offer to replace it, or offer you a phone for equal or lesser value
