What proper actions (legal if necessary) can my friend do in this situation?
from angelica: dogs hit on my purse, mrs williams searched it and of course there was nothing in there (weed)
soo she took me to the office to call my mom and inform her i had been searched, so i waited for like an hour then she called me into garcias (principal) office and right when i walked in he said give me your phone and i asked why because i wasnt in trouble you know and he got mad and stood up and started yelling at me and i told him not to yell at me if hes gonna do all that to call my mom call my mom call my mom lol i kept telling him -.- so i gave him my phone and then they searched it, nothing was on there -.- they searched my pockets and my boots, (like if i was in trouble lmao) then they told me i was suspended for further days pending further action which is the change of placement.
This is the 3rd suspension without apparent reason made this year by this principal at our school. Most of the students think he's on a "power high" that's why he's making all these accusations. What can we do to prevent my friend from being suspended and/or expelled? This is our senior year and she's on track to graduation. We can't let her miss it.
