i got really bad cramp playing football yesterday and seriousley i couldnt get

up!And was really painful and? since then i cant bend it probabley do yuu think i have done long term damage or something as i did go back and play the last 10 minutes even tho i was in pain! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME AND TELL ME WHAT I HAVE DONE!!!!! XX
