...their part of the deal? I got promoted to team leader September 1st, 2008. When I accepted the position they told me I would get $2000 salary/month plus health insurance(effective immediately) and would only have to work 5 days/week.
Its October I still have no health insurance and now I work 10 plus hours a day every day of the week, they won't give me off no matter how important the reason.
My question is, since I accepted the position based on the health insurance and the 5 day work week, do I have any recourse now that they completely changed the terms of employment after my acceptance?? Had I known what I know now I would not have accepted the position.
Any advice would be appreciated!!! I will do anything to regain some of my life and sanity back!!!
