I got my brakes on my honda fixed today?

the guy did my friends brakes a month ago so I knew he did a good job. I was hearing some grinding just as i was driving, then it would stop when I would brake so I knew it had to do with brakes or an axle bearing. He said it was the brakes, so he replaced the pads and rotors (all of which I replaced a year ago). So it was smoking a bit when I drove it which seems to happen every time I get my brakes fixed. I get home and they're still smoking and smell horrible. I go to push on my hub cap and its almost melted in half. They're putting off so much heat I can't believe it. What could be wrong? I'm so nervous to drive my car but I'm 20 minutes from everything. Oh and even when I was driving, when I tried to accelerate, it was almost resisting. I got to 60 and my car was very wobbly. Let me know so I can give the guy some ideas.

your brakes are dragging. which cause them to heat up.
possible causes.
Frozen pistons in calipers.
Messed up slide pins,
Too little clearance between rotor and pads.
Or maybe it could be a pedal issue.

The wobble is because the rotors have gotten so hot, and they have warped under the heat.
