Okay my friend recorded what happen and taped recorded the conversation me and the driver was having... Both my wheels are bent and my ankel is swollen, and i have bruises every where.. I have 3 eyewitnesses and I went to the hospital a day after the accident, no police report was filed.. Will there insurance offer me a quick settlement or what will happen?
