I got in a car accident, and have to get something fixed ASAP... will I get reimbursed?

My gas line is leaking.... I have to use my car, there's no way I can live without. If i get it fixed, will I get reimbursed for the money I spent by the other party's insurance company? The accident was her fault, and her insurance is paying to have it fixed..
