I got home from a camp in the mountains yesterday and prior to that i had a

very tolerable sore throat for...? about a week. Then at that camp i went to bed one night and woke up in the morning with a pretty bad sore throat and greenish brown mucus. It gradually got worse. and 2 days i feel alot worse. Symptoms include: Tiredness, runny/stuffed nose, facial congestion and a little bit of chest congestion. Any idea what might I might have?
