I got hit in the parking lot while i was PARKED and still sitting in my car. Can I sue?

The lady says I hit her but police report says she hit me. Plus it was outside the bank and the suverlliance camera picked it all up. So why should I worry? Had to go to hospital for injuries also
AS for PIP I am not a sue kinda person. I work everyday and I try to be an honest american
